Roasted Carrots with Agave-Balsamic Glaze

Here’s an awesome recipe for glazed carrots that works with the elimination diet. It uses agave nectar, which is much lower on the glycemic index (Agave nectar: 15 g sugar per 1 tbsp. vs. Honey: 60 g sugar per tbsp).
